COTELCO uses your account, billing and meter data to show your bills and usage, send outage and billing notices for your area, and act on your reports. Data is kept under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and COTELCO policy, and only the minimum needed is shown in the app.

  • Account number, meter number, service address and the electrical area your account belongs to.
  • Meter readings, bills, payments and their history.
  • Reports you submit, including location and photos you choose to attach.
  • Devices you sign in from, so you can sign them out.
